You probably already have all of the materials in your existing craft supplies for this last minute Father’s Day project. Spiff up an old gift bag, you know you hoard them (or is that just me?), with just a few embellishments. This project is easy and quick, you can definitely do this under 10 minutes. My kind of craft project these days. Happy (early) Father’s Day to all of the dads out there!

Materials
Gift Bag (up-cycle old bags)
Scrapbook Paper
3 Buttons
Glue
Scissors
Circle Hole Punch (or just use something round as a stencil)

Directions
Step 1: Cut out a bow tie shape from the scrapbook paper. I folded the paper in half to get a symmetrical looking tie.

Step 2: Glue or tape bow tie to bag.

Step 3: Cut out a circle from the scrapbook paper using a hole punch or scissors.

Step 4: Glue or tape the circle to the bag, in the center of the bow tie shape.

Step 5: Glue 3 buttons to the bag, underneath the bow tie. Glue dots also work well for this project and aren’t as messy.

Step 6: Place gift inside of your new spiffy bag and give to dad.
