I haven’t stepped foot in a gym in a week, I’m eating like crap and I hope I haven’t already gained back the 5 1/4 inches I lost from my waist. I’m also STILL sick with the never-ending cold and it’s probably from my body going into shock over me not taking care of myself. After being so strict for 8 weeks, I fully intended to treat myself to a day of caffeine and wine and desserts. That day turned into two days…and here were are a week later.
I need to get back on the treadmill. Mama bootcamp round 2 starts back up on Wednesday, so it looks like I’ll be forced to. I was actually starting to talk myself out of it, but that is just my laziness speaking. I will allow myself 1 more day of laziness and then it is back to it. I can’t say I’m looking forward to it, but I know that it’s what I need. Especially now that my motivation is dwindling, I need a group of other mamas telling me that I can keep going.
So, here I go. 8 more weeks of fun. I can do this, right? I honestly didn’t stick to my Nutrisystem meal plan at all this week. Not even close. Starting Wednesday, I’m strictly back on the program. I want that dang Nutribear 30! Wish me luck and think of me doing planks and push ups on Wednesday night.

Good luck! Actually, it feels good to move around a bit when you feel under the weather. Start now by just taking a brisk walk with your boy.
I’m sorry you’re still feeling icky. Sometimes you just need a break. I wish I could join you for 8 weeks of boot camp… I’m trying to find a class to go to, hopefully I can find something! 🙂
