Recipe: 3 Summer Cocktails and Mocktails

Summer Cocktails and Mocktails Drink Recipes with World Market copy

If you were at a World Market a couple weeks ago, you had a chance to taste test my summer drink recipes. These recipes were originally created with the 4th of July in mind, but they are yummy year round and so easy to make! From a blueberry coconut mocktail to a watermelon lime spritzer, there’s something for all tastebuds and they were a big hit at the Phoenix store that I was at! Thank you to those of you that stopped by to say hello, it was fun chatting with you! I’ve gotten a lot of requests for the recipes, so I thought I’d share them here. I’m sharing single servings + bulk recipes. Make sure to check out your local World Market for FUN Summer Saturdays, this Saturday bloggers will be sharing some fancy s’more recipes from Predominantly Paleo! 

RED, WHITE & BLUEBERRY COCONUT MOCKTAIL
1 Blueberry Original New York Seltzer
2 tbsp Torani Sugar Free Coconut Syrup
shredded coconut
corn syrup
6 blueberries
coconut rum (optional)

Instructions: Dip the rim of the glass in corn syrup and immediately dip in coconut. Add 2 tbsp of Torani Sugar Free Coconut Syrup to the bottom of the glass and fill with Blueberry Original New York Seltzer. Add 6 blueberries, coconut rum to taste (optional) and enjoy! (For a larger batch you’ll need: 19 Blueberry Original New York Seltzer bottles and 2 ½ cups Torani Sugar Free Coconut Syrup.)

STARS & STRIPES WATERMELON LIME SPRITZER
1 Lemon and Lime Original New York Seltzer
2 tbsp Torani Watermelon Syrup
1 tsp lime juice
1 lime slice
watermelon star garnish
vodka (optional)

Instructions: Fill glass with Lemon and Lime Original New York Seltzer. Mix in 2 tbsp Torani Watermelon Syrup and 1 tsp lime juice. Use a small star cookie cutter to cut a watermelon star for garnish. Add the star to the glass, as well as a slice of lime. Mix in vodka to taste (optional) and enjoy! (For a larger batch, you’ll need: 19 Lemon and Lime Original New York Seltzer bottles, 2 ½ cups Torani Watermelon Syrup and ½ cup lime juice.)

PATRIOTIC SPARKLING VANILLA LEMONADE
1 cup World Market® Limoncellino Soda
2 tbsp Torani Vanilla syrup
3 apple stars
2 strawberries, halved
6 blueberries
champagne or riesling wine (optional)

Instructions: Add World Market® Limoncellino Soda to a glass. Mix in 2 tbsp Torani Vanilla Syrup. Slice an apple and use a small star cookie cutter to cut star shapes. Add apple stars, strawberries and blueberries to glass. Spike with champagne or riesling wine (optional) and enjoy! (For a larger batch, you’ll need: 6 World Market® Limoncellino Soda bottles and 2 ½ cups Torani Vanilla syrup.)

    Thanks for sharing!
    I love and usually make blueberry crush cocktail for my family in this hot summer.
    And this is my recipe. Hope you like it, too!Place blueberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Let it simmer for 5 minutes, cool, and strain.In a shaker mix the blueberry syrup with vodka and lemon juice.
    Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into 2 ice-filled glasses and top with some fresh mint.
    Sometimes, I add a little strawberry juice into it. It is so great!
    Try and enjoy your cocktail!
