Happy National Dairy Month! After a month of enjoying all things dairy, I was inspired to share one of my favorite dairy recipes. Nacho dip is pretty much a staple at any summer party. It’s easy to make and delicious to eat! I’ll be making a cheesy batch for our 4th of July festivities next month. Ingredients matter for this recipe and not all dairy products are created equal.
Shamrock Farms products are carefully crafted using a hands-on approach that has been refined for 3 generations. It’s the only dairy brand my family buys because it tastes that much better and after touring their farm, I’m confident in the care that they put into their products. When it comes to cheese and if you are in the Arizona area, you’ll love Arizona Farms Cheese.

INGREDIENTS
1lb Arizona Farms Cheddar Cheese (cubed)
20oz Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
16oz Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Grab your ingredients. I highly recommend Shamrock Farms Sour Cream (it’s smooth and creamy, without added growth hormones) and cheddar cheese from Arizona Farms Cheese. Their cheese curds can be found at Costco and select Fry’s stores. The full line of cheeses and curds can be purchased at the Milk N More Store in Tempe, AZ. Check the product locator for information on where to find Shamrock Farms products. Great dairy products start with great milk and Shamrock Farms definitely knows their milk!
Step 2: Cut the Arizona Farms Cheddar Cheese into cubes. You might want to grab an extra block of cheese to sample as you cook because it’s that good!
Step 3: Place cheese in a pot with diced tomatoes and green chilies. Place over medium heat and continuously stir until the cheese is fully melted.
Step 4: Once the cheese is fully melted, remove from heat and mix in the Shamrock Farms Sour Cream.
Step 5: Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
