IS THIS SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP LOW CARB AND KETO FRIENDLY?
Good news for those doing the low carb ketogenic diet, this spinach artichoke dip recipe is keto friendly! Just make sure to serve with low carb veggies instead of crackers. Artichokes and spinach are both low carb vegetables that are keto approved and so good for you. Artichokes are low in fat, high in fiber, and loaded with vitamins and minerals like vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, phosphorus, and magnesium.
