Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

This spinach artichoke dip recipe is deliciously creamy and easy to make! This appetizer recipe is the perfect party recipe to share with friends. You might want to make to make a double batch, because this cheesy spinach dip will go fast!


  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz Shamrock Farms organic sour cream
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 can quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Soften cream cheese and mix with olive oil, garlic, sour cream and salt.

  1. Mix in spinach (thawed), artichoke hearts (drained and rinsed) and 1 cup cheese.
  2. Place in an oven safe dish and top with the remaining cup of cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 
  4. Broil for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping crackers, chips or veggies.
