Logan recently scribbled a letter to Santa, asking him for an elf to come play with him. One of Santa’s many talents (you know, besides gliding up and down chimneys) is that he can read crayon scribble by a 16 month old. Look who recently showed up on our door step via Elf Magic…
His name is Mac and he likes to go on Elfcapades every night while we are sleeping. One morning we woke up and found Mac hanging out on the blinds. That little elf cleaned all of our windows. The next morning we found him climbing some ric rac up to the ceiling fan, to dust it of course. Thank you Santa for sending us a little neat freak, my kind of elf!

When he’s not busy tiding up, we can usually find Mac playing in the marshmallows – to go with the hot chocolate that he added to our shopping list one night. Logan enjoys hunting for his little pal each morning, discovering what mischief (or cleaning supplies) he got into in the middle of the night. Mac will depart back to the North Pole on Christmas Eve, so he can help Santa deliver gifts. I’m going to miss my little maid friend, but he has promised to return throughout the years right after Thanksgiving.
