I celebrated my 28th birthday (eek I’m old!) last week with an all day newborn and family photo shoot. I don’t think I’ll ever quite forget this birthday. I received the most perfect present – my little guy! I was a little nervous to see myself in the photos because after only 3 hours of sleep the night before (not to mention drool all over my shirt and pee all over my jeans), I wasn’t exactly feeling very photogenic. At one point I looked in the mirror as I was rushing to get ready in between feedings and thought, “this is as good as it gets right now” haha! I’m not exactly sure how those put together new moms do it but I’m definitely not one of them. I shouldn’t have been worried because Jen of Green Apple Images worked her magic and gave us images that we will cherish for a lifetime.
