Logan will be starting solids in just a few months, can you believe it?! I know I can’t. Where did my newborn baby go?! Fresh Baby recently sent us a So Easy Baby Food Kit to review now that we are entering solids territory. Well, this is actually a pre-review and in a few months I’ll give you another update. I’m looking forward to making Logan’s baby food, I’ll be able to save money and still make a variety of healthy and organic food.
The So Easy Baby Food Kit contains a cookbook, freezer trays, nutrition tips card and how-to DVD. Basically everything you need to get started is in this kit. I appreciated the DVD because what new mom has time to sit down and read and entire book these days?! The cookbook is nicely laid out and divided by age groups. It even tells you what to look for in the produce while you are shopping, how to store and how much baby food you’ll get out of it. The freezer trays will be a great way to store baby food. When you need a meal, simply defrost one of the cubes or combine a couple different cubes for variety.
I can’t wait to get started! Is it normal to be this excited about baby food??
