I cut caffeine out of my diet, along with dairy, when I was pumping. How in the world did I ever survive? Caffeine and dairy seemed to increase Logan fussiness so I bid a sad farewell to them. I would have walked on glass if that meant a moment of peace and quiet during those colic days, so cutting out coffee and cheese wasn’t THAT bad. Now that I’m no longer pumping, I can have all of the cheese and lattes that my heart desires. I firmly believe that Starbucks makes me a better mommy, so thank you Starbucks.
