Here’s a little vlog update from me on how I’m staying motivated. Oh and you’ll get to see the 20.1 pound bolder that I ran up and down hills with over the weekend. Plus, I share my Nutrisystem food journal and I show off my running scrapbook for those of you who missed it last week. Don’t mind Logan chattering away in the background, he was talking to his pal Elmo. I hope your Monday is off to a great start!

  1. Congrats on your loss so far! I have been considering doing this program. It is always hard when you hit a plateau, hang in there with it. I have to get on the bandwagon. I had gained weight over the winter & want to be healthier.
