I contributed this classic chocolate chip recipe to Poofy Cheek’s virtual cookie exchange party and I’m considering making them for my real life cookie exchange party in a couple weeks too. You can’t go wrong with a classic chocolate chip cookie. I’ve been experimenting with recipes and I think I’ve finally found the perfect chocolate chip recipe. They’re not too chewy and not too crispy, they’re just right. If you are a chocolate lover, feel free to add an extra 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Make up a batch for the neighbors or your co-works. Actually, you may want to make an extra batch for yourself because they are that good! Scroll down for more cookie recipes and link up your own while you are at it!

1/4 granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir the dry ingredients together (flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, sugar). Mix the wet ingredients together (butter, eggs, vanilla extract).
