Move over milk and cookies, Santa wants homemade rosemary potato chips with Shamrock Farms zesty jalapeno sour cream this year! I’m addicted to their new flavored sour creams, especially the jalapeno flavor, they are soooo good! My husband, always my opposite, prefers the creamy ranch and french onion. Just get them all and have a dipping party to decide for yourself which one is best. Make up a batch of my homemade rosemary potato chips (see recipe below) and get dipping!

Homemade Rosemary Potato Chip Ingredients:

2 Potatoes

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Rosemary

Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Wash potatoes and cut them into chip sized pieces using a knife or mandolin cutter. No need to peel. Place in a freezer bag and evenly coat with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden and crispy. Serve with Shamrock Farms flavored sour cream and enjoy!

Now that the holidays are upon us, I love easy appetizers that I can whip up in a matter of seconds, but still make me look like I’ve been slaving away in the kitchen all day ha ha. Prepare individual cups of Shamrock Farms sour cream and chips, slap a chalkboard label on it and your guests will be impressed! If you don’t have time to make homemade chips, grab a bag of store bought chips and this appetizer will take you a few minutes to prepare. Your guests will love sampling the different flavors!
