All good things must come to an end. Today is the last day of #ThePartyHop Autumn Market series. Don’t you want to plan a farmer’s market themed party now, complete with DIY pie boxes and a canning lid wreath?! I loved every single detail of this party and it was fun to see how my market tote bags fit into the party. I love being surrounded by so many amazingly creative people, even if they are mostly on my computer and in my instagram app lol!
