Recipe: No Bake Peanut Butter & Cocoa Pebbles Cheesecake

Calling all my peanut butter and chocolate lovers! I was so excited to find Peanut Butter & Cocoa Pebbles™ in the cereal aisle at Walmart. It’s a crispy rice cereal with peanut butter and cocoa, a delicious combo! My family has been hounding me to make a peanut butter cheesecake and I knew the cereal would be the perfect secret ingredient. This no bake cheesecake recipe was a hit with my family and would be great for a summer party or an anytime dessert idea! It’s super easy to make and delicious.

INGREDIENTS

32 oz Cream Cheese (softened)

1 tsp Vanilla 1 cup Powdered Sugar

16 oz Creamy Peanut Butter

8 oz Whipped Topping

2 cups Peanut Butter & Cocoa Pebbles™

Chocolate Pie Crust Chocolate Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Head to Walmart to pick up a box of Peanut Butter & Cocoa Pebbles™ and the rest of the ingredients! ​Visit Ibotta before you shop and you can earn cash back! You might want to pick up an extra box of Peanut Butter & Cocoa Pebbles™ to enjoy with milk while you are shopping.

Step 2: Combine cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar and peanut butter together with a mixer. Mix until smooth.

Step 3: Fold in the whipped topping and 1 cup of Peanut Butter & Cocoa Pebbles™.

Step 4: Place the mixture inside of the chocolate pie crust.

Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of Peanut Butter & Cocoa Pebbles™ on top of the cheesecake.

Step 6: Refrigerate for 30 minutes before enjoying with chocolate syrup drizzled on top.
