Kid-Friendly: 10 Water Play Activities and Water Wall

I am a Step2 Ambassador and am partnering with Step2 for the following review. I received a product in exchange for my review and honest opinion.

Step2 Waterfall Discovery Wall Review

Summer is near and it’s almost time to break out the water toys and games! Or if you’re in Arizona, like me, you already have them out! Keep on scrolling for my roundup of 15 water play activities for kids. I’m already filling up our bucket list in preparation for those summer months. When you are stuck inside (due to the triple degree weather), unless it’s near water, a little prep work to keep everyone occupied (and mom sane) is necessary.

Luckily, we were recently sent the Step2 Waterfall Discovery Wall and I can already tell that it’s going to be a huge hit through summer! Both my 2 and 5 year old are obsessed! Amelia, my toddler, loves the pouring and scooping and splashing. Logan, my preschooler, enjoys rearranging the accessories and seeing how he can get the water to run a certain way. What a great STEM activity to work those engineering, science and math skills! Hours of water play fun and so many great ways to use it!

The Waterfall Discovery Wall comes with a 13 piece accessory kit. All of the pieces on the wall are movable, so children can create their own custom waterfalls. It’s a two-sided wall, which is awesome when you have more than one child wanting to play. Kids can scoop up the water from the bottom basin and pour it in the top bucket to watch the water trickle down. This toy can be purchased at Toys “R” Us and is recommended for children 1 1/2 years old and up. Definitely a must for your summer bucket list!
