Who else is excited about football season kicking off this weekend?! For most, it’s all about the game. For me, it’s all about the tailgating recipes and party food. You know that I love any excuse to host a party! Here’s a recipe that’s a crowd pleaser and tailgating friendly, pepperoni pizza monkey bread! Monkey bread is so easy to make and this savory version is great for sharing at parties. Serve with a side of marinara or favorite pasta sauce for dipping purposes and enjoy the game!
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 cup marinera
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup mini pepperoni
1/2 teaspoon Italian spices
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate and cut the refrigerated biscuits into fourths. Place in a large bowl.
Step 2: Mix in marinara, mozzarella, mini pepperonis and Italian spices. Make sure all of the biscuits are coated in the ingredients.
Step 3: Lightly spray a bundt pan with cooking spray and place the ingredients into the bundt pan.
Step 4: Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until the biscuits are fully cooked.
Step 5: Allow to completely cool before removing the monkey bread pizza ring from the pan.
Step 6: Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
