Cheesy Black Bean and Corn Dip Recipe copy

Football season is here and I’m breaking out my dip recipes, our favorite tailgating food! I recently discovered Taco Boats from Old El Paso, they are the greatest invention ever. Add any kind of dip to the edible boats and your party guests can each have their own individual bowls, making serving really convenient and fun! Plus, they are delicious to eat after the dip is gone (or with more dip). Today I’m sharing my favorite black bean and corn dip recipe, which is always a crowd favorite on game day. It’s super easy to make, you literally plop the ingredients in a bowl and stick it in the oven. I also like to make it on Taco Tuesdays as an appetizer or even a topping. We think it’s delicious, let me know what you think!

INGREDIENTS

15oz can black beans
15oz can golden sweet corn
10oz can diced tomatoes and green chilies
8oz shredded Mexican cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
16oz sour cream
corn chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Gather your ingredients, including Old El Paso – Taco Boats Flour Tortillas. You might also want to grab an Old El Paso Soft & Hard Taco Dinner Kit for an easy dinner. Creating recipes with Old El Paso is convenient, easy and a time saver – more time to watch football and less time in the kitchen! Game day around here is reserved for relaxing and I’m all about easy recipes.

Step 3: Place mixture in a large cast iron skillet. A regular baking dish will also work, but we prefer a cast iron. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
