It is that dreaded time of year again. Swimsuit season. The time of year where you spend hours in the fitting room trying on swimsuit after swimsuit, only to leave the mall empty handed because the 15 swimsuits you tried on all make you look like Shamu. Oh and the horrid 3 sided mirror that aids in the discovery of back fat that wasn’t there last year. Err, or maybe that is only my experience? I. Hate. Swimsuit. Shopping. There is absolutely nothing pleasant about it. I recently learned about Miraclesuit and their, um, miracle suits. They boast that they can make you look 10lbs lighter in less than 10 minutes. Sign me up!

Miraclesuit recently sent me one of their tummy tucking swimsuits (the Isabella) to review and at first I honestly groaned about having to try on a swimsuit. I mean, besides my daily walks with Logan, I really haven’t worked out since I was pregnant. In the beginning, the weight was just melting off with pumping and taking care of a colicky newborn who wouldn’t let me sit down for longer than 2 seconds. A colicky baby is really the best weight loss plan. But now that we’re over colic and I don’t have to bounce/jiggle/shake a baby 24/7, the weight is no longer coming off. So yeah, I really wasn’t looking forward to trying on a swimsuit.

BUT, trying on the Miraclesuit really wasn’t that bad. I actually didn’t hate the way I looked in it. It sucked me in where it needed to and offered the right amount of support for a lactating mama (if you know what I’m talking about). The suit is, dare I say, flattering and accentuates my positive attributes (yay for still having some of those). Plus, it doesn’t look like a “mom swimsuit”. You know the ones with the awful floral prints and attached skirts. It is actually cute and something I would wear even if I didn’t need to look 10lbs lighter.

Visit Miraclesuit to purchase these fabulous swimsuits. Oh and check out their Miraclebody website while you are at it (I NEED a pair of those jeans).

The fine print: I was sent the above referenced item for review purposes. I was not financially compensated for this review. This review is 100% my opinion and has not been edited or reviewed by anyone.
