I’m sure by now you’ve all heard of Pinterest. If you haven’t, you are seriously missing out on something that is guaranteed to suck all of your time away from you – but in a good way. Pinterest is basically a virtual pinboard and a social network all wrapped into one awesome website. You can “pin” your internet favorites on boards that you create (like my sock monkey love board and my mustard obsession board). You can follow other people, repin their pins, comment on their pins, etc. I’m officially addicted to pinning!

Jill of Baby Rabies has inspired me to post about my favorite “pin of the week”, which I hope to do every week (but I’m bad with scheduled postings, so I can’t promise anything). My pin of the week are these CUUUUUUTE sock monkey cake pops. I think I about peed my pants when I saw these suckers (pun intended), how perfect are they for Logan’s 1st birthday party?! I’m so making these, let’s hope they come out just as cute. You can find the tutorial for these sock monkey cake pops over at Sewell Photography. By far the cutest cake pops I’ve ever seen.

Link up your favorite pin of the week. If you need an invite to Pinterest, leave your email address in the comment section and I’ll send you one (I *think* I can only send a certain amount of invites so first come first serve).

  1. When I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Thanks!

    1. Sorry about that. I’m not sure if I can do anything on my end, but I’ll look into it. In the meantime check the emails you receive and look to see if they have “unsubscribe” button on them.
