I think I got a pretty good kick in the behind today after I uploaded pictures from the pumpkin patch this weekend. Logan is super cute but I’m HUGE compared to last year. Last year, as in right after I had Logan! How does that even happen? Ugh. I’m not going to beat myself up about it though ( that much), and instead I’m going to get motivated. Motivated to get back to my POST-baby weight, as twisted as that sounds. I’m going to push myself at the gym, get back on the treadmill and start weight training. I’m not going to stray from my nutrisystem plan, because we’ve already proved that it works for me…as long as I follow it!
This week I plan on waking up and taking Logan for a nice long walk in the mornings. I’m going to be searching on craigslist for a jogging stroller so I can turn that walk into a jog. During the day I’m going to strictly stick to my meal plan. Feel free to slap me if you see me reaching for a bag of chips (dang you Mr. Crafty Nest for even having chips in the house). When Logan goes to bed, I’m off to the gym for more cardio and some weight training. I need your motivation blogging friends, I can’t do this alone! Feel free to harass me check in on me throughout the week.
