Hey! I’m Kelsey from Poofy Cheeks-The Blog! I am a wife, momma, and creative junkie. Blogging is an outlet for all of my creative juices – time to let them flow! I hope you will stop by and say ‘HI’!
I was introduced to these little gems last Christmas. While we were enjoying time with my in-laws my husband’s Aunt opened up a batch of these homemade thin mints. The second she said ‘thin mint’ it was an instant love. I popped one in my mouth, and then two, three, well you get the picture. I just knew I had to have the recipe. Turns out it is as simple as they come! With only two ingredients and 5 minutes time you can have yourself 4 dozen homemade thin mint cookies!
Ingredients
Directions Step 1: Pour the back of baking chips into a microwave bowl. Heat for 30 seconds and then remove and stir. Continue until your chips are completely melted.
Step 2: Stick your crackers into the melted chocolate one at a time. Remove with a fork to let the excess drip off.
