Glitter Trees 5
If you are looking for a quick and easy way to add to your holiday decor this year, glitter up some trees! I did a version of eighteen25’s glitter tree tutorial, so pretty! The pictures just don’t do these trees justice, you have to see their sparkle in person. It took me all of 15 minutes to glitter up 2 trees, I told you this was a quickie craft. I recommend Martha Stewart’s glitter, it shines prettier than the rest and is available in gorgeous colors (and no I’m not getting paid to say that). I would glitter my entire house in that stuff if I didn’t have a toddler who likes to lick things and a husband who doesn’t really appreciate sparkly stuff in every nook and cranny.

Materials
Styrofoam Tree(s)

Pillar Candle Holders
Glitter (I used Martha Stewart’s glitter)
Glitter Glue (I used Martha Stewart’s glittering glue)
Sponge Paint Brush

Directions
Step 1:Starting at the top, use the sponge brush to paint a layer of glue around the tip of the foam tree. Sprinkle glitter on top of glue.

Step 2: Continue gluing and glittering in sections down the tree until you reach the bottom. Gently tap off any excess glitter.

Step 3: Place on top of pillar candle holders and display. Easy as that and you can reuse the pillar candle holders for something else after the holidays.
