Happy Monday, I hope you had a good weekend. I’m still stuck at 20lbs. I’m now attending spinning 3 nights/week and running in between so it could be that I’m gaining muscle. I should have taken measurements at the start of this, but I was just so focused on seeing the scale move. I’m still hanging in there and trying to remember that this is a lifestyle change and not just a fad diet that I’ll be quitting at the end of my goal.
I have a feeling that Buff Mama Monday is going to get interesting as I start my 8 week mama bootcamp on Wednesday. Help! I’m not really sure what to expect, but I do know that I’m officially terrified after receiving the “supply” list from our instructor. We were instructed to bring a head lamp, free weights, yoga mat, water belt or camelback, and a photo of our kiddo. So apparently there will be no stopping for water breaks, hence the need for a camelback. Help! Because I’m a total dork, you can see me modeling my bootcamp gear in my vlog (excuse the no-makeup and disheveled hair). I’m so stylish.
I’ll keep you posted on how things go…if I survive. Really though, I’m looking forward to challenging myself and pushing my body even further. I just know that this (in addition to my beloved Nutrisystem) will help me reach my fitness goals.
