For the next 22 days I will be posting about something I’m thankful for. I hope you’ll join me in remembering what this season is really about. Whether you want to blog about 22 things you’re thankful for in a single post or do 22 separate posts, it all works. Link up your posts below or join along on instagram using #22thankfuldays (follow me @craftyvanessa).

Today, I’m thankful for my Grandma Sally (my maternal grandmother). Growing up, I spent the majority of summers with my grandmother and I’m so grateful for those memories. Her crafty blood runs through my veins. If she wasn’t cooking something yummy, she was sewing or crafting up something amazing. She taught me how much enjoyment and fulfillment creativity can bring. She taught me patience and the joy of giving something handmade to someone else. She taught me the kind of grandmother I hope to someday be. I’m so grateful.
