These oyster pearl cookies are the perfect addition to any ocean or under the sea themed party! Not only are they super easy and quick to make, they taste yummy too! I crafted up these edible ocean creations for a Disney Little Mermaid themed party I planned for my kiddos over the weekend. They were a big hit! You can find a little video tutorial for these cookies on instagram. Oh and stay tuned for more under the sea fun, coming soon!

Ingredients:

lemon Pepperidge Farm cookies

aqua food coloring

white icing

large white pearl sixlets

dark brown cane sugar

Instructions

Step 1: Mix white icing with aqua food coloring. Ice the backside of half of the cookies.

Step 2: Place a white “pearl” large sixlet on top of the icing toward the front of the cookie, as shown in the photo.

Step 3: Place another cookie on top of the icing and pearl, creating a clam or oyster creation.

Step 4: Fill a bowl or place with dark brown cane sugar to look like sand and place oyster pearl cookies on top.
