I crafted up these shamrock rice cereal treats on a stick with my 3 year old to help celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. This child is all about holidays, like his mama. He’s already asking what kind of party we’ll be having for St. Patrick’s Day. I think I’ve created a party animal. While we won’t be celebrating with a big party, I’m going to plan a day full of green fun for him. Greek pancakes or eggs for breakfast, dressing in green clothing, green play dough at playtime and of course these yummy green treats. How do you celebrate St. Patrick’s Day?
Ingredients
Rice Krispies Cereal
Marshmallows
Butter
Green Food Coloring
Cooking Spray
3 Leaf Clover Cookie Cutter

Press mixture, 1/2 inch deep, in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spray the 3 leaf clover cookie cutter with cooking spray and cut out rice cereal dinosaurs. Stick a paper straw in the clover, allow to semi-harden and enjoy!
