I’m sharing how my family travels with Goldfish Puffs as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars #GoldfishTales

Are we there yet? I’m not looking forward to hearing that phrase on our next trip, but this year I’m one step ahead of the game. With some help from Goldfish®Puffs, I put together travel kits for my kids to keep them occupied on the plane when we head to Florida next month! The kits contain something to eat, make and play. Fun kid snacks are a must for long trips! Plus, lots of other busy bag type activities that will keep them entertained (and hopefully keep us parents sane.) We all know how tough traveling with kids can be!

I filled the EAT container with Mega Cheese Goldfish Puffs , a gluten free snack my kids enjoy with a bold flavor! Even Logan, too cool for anything his little sister does or eats, loves them. They are the perfect travel snack for us because they double as a plaything for my kids. They create fun scenarios with their Goldfish Puffs and it keeps them busy. Win/win!

I added beads and string to the MAKE container, so the kids could practice their fine motor skills with bracelet and necklace making. If you are traveling by car, it might be a good idea to get a kid sized lap desk for activities. Kids can use the drop down lap desk on the plane. The PLAY container contains play dough, always a fun travel activity! You can make your own play dough or buy the store bought kind.

What’s a cute kit without a printable? You can download them for free to make your own kits, just click on the pictures below to save and print! Cut out the big labels and use a 2 inch punch for the circles. You can find cheap containers at dollar stores or check your cupboards, I bet you already have containers that will work. You’ll need a small rectangular bin and 3 small round containers for each kit. These kits make great gifts, so you may want to print a few extra labels.
