No bake recipes are my favorite, especially when they consist of peanut butter cups and cheesecake! This no-bake peanut butter cup cheesecake recipe just so happens to consist of both, served and ready to eat in half pint mason jars. It’s so simple to make and can be made ahead of time, which is perfect for parties! Peanut butter lovers will love these mini cheesecakes and my husband deemed them as his most favorite dessert ever!
INGREDIENTS (makes approximately 6 half pint jars)
8 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 ounce container whipped topping
1 cup graham cracker crumb crust
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped in fourths (plus more for topping)
DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Use a mixer to combine room temperature cream cheese, whipped topping, peanut butter and powered sugar until smooth.
Step 2: Fold in 1 cup of mini peanut butter cups, chopped in fourths, to the mixture.
Step 3: Melt butter and mix into the graham cracker crumbs. Add 4 tablespoons of graham cracker crumb mixture to the bottom of the jars.
Step 4: Fill the jars to the top with peanut butter mixture.
Step 5: Top jars with 6 mini peanut butter cups, cut in fourths. Enjoy!
