This Oreo frog treat post is in partnership with Paramount Pictures. #SherlockGnomes
Sherlock Gnomes hits theaters on March 23rd and we couldn’t be more excited! I have an affinity for gnomes and woodland creatures, if you couldn’t tell by my son’s nursery decor.
The gnomes of Sherlock Gnomes are on a mission to bring every gnome home. After a string of garden gnome disappearances in London, Gnomeo & Juliet look to legendary detective Sherlock Gnomes to solve the case of their missing friends and family. This is sure to be a fun, family friendly movie and I appreciate the message of teamwork and not taking others for granted.
We are crafting up Oreo frog treats with printable bag toppers that are inspired by one of the characters from the film, Nanette the frog! Keep reading for the tutorial!

TUTORIAL
Step 1: Melt the chocolate candy melts according to the package.
Step 2: Dip the Oreos into the chocolate, gently tapping off any excess chocolate. Place on a piece of parchment paper.
Step 3: Place 2 mini Oreos, the sides with the cream, towards the top of each regular sized Oreo to look like frog eyes.
Step 4: Place a pink heart sprinkle right under each mini Oreo, as shown in the photo below.
Step 5: Use a black icing fine tipped writer to draw a smile, connecting the hearts.
Step 6: Add a little black icing to the back of round chocolate pieces and add them to the mini Oreos to look like eyeballs.
Step 7: Print out and cut around the frog treat bag toppers.
Step 8: Once completely hardened, place a frog in a bag and fold the bag topper around the bag. Secure with a staple.
