DIY: Guest Welcome Basket and Wifi Password Sign

Guest Welcome Basket and Free Wifi Password Printable

Summer is officially here, which typically means plenty of impromptu gatherings and out-of-town house guests. We love seeing family and friends, but never quite feel prepared for the level of entertaining that inevitably comes with summertime. To preemptively prepare for this summer’s hosting duties, I stocked up on a few essentials from Walmart to make our guests feel welcome. Keep on reading to see what went inside our guest welcome basket and scroll to the bottom for a free printable Wi-Fi password sign.

The first thing that came to mind to include in our guest welcome basket were Tide PODS Ultra Oxi. When traveling, I always make it a point to seek out a hotel with laundry facilities and I always bring my own Tide PODS. I know our guests will appreciate knowing that they can use our laundry room if necessary. The next thing on my list was Old Spice High Endurance Sport Body Wash, which smells great! I might also pick up the matching deodorant and body spray to put inside the basket on my next Walmart run.

No welcome basket is complete without toothpaste and a toothbrush for each guest. Crest Gum Detoxify Deep Clean Toothpaste was my toothpaste of choice. Shampoo and conditioner are also a must and things I would appreciate having readily available as a guest. Pantene Daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo & Conditioner fit nicely in my galvanized bucket, which I used to hold all of my house guest essentials. Floss, bath towels, sunscreen, Bounty Select-A-Size Paper Towels and a nail file are also good ideas. If a baby will be staying with you, don’t forget to include Pampers Pure Protection Diapers. It’s always nice to have extra diapers on hand when you are away from home.

Finally, I included what all guests will find essential in any welcome basket – the Wi-Fi password! I whipped up a cute printable 5×7 Wi-Fi password sign that you can print out and frame. Such a small touch can really make a guest feel welcome. I can’t wait for our first house guest of the summer to arrive. We are definitely prepared this year!
