Jungle Dirt Pudding Inspired by Dora and the Lost City of Gold

July 25, 2019 By Vanessa Leave a Comment

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Paramount Pictures. The opinions and text are all mine. This jungle dirt pudding is the perfect kid friendly recipe to make before watching Dora and the Lost City of Gold! #DoraMovie

We are so excited to see Dora and the Lost City of Gold hit theaters August 9th! I grew up watching Dora and I can’t wait to see the live action version, the trailer looks awesome! Boots was always my favorite character and I’m also glad that he found his way into this film. I’m also glad that her bottomless backpack is part of the film. Inspired by Dora and the Lost City of Gold, we whipped up a batch of jungle dirt pudding with Dora food picks. Keep reading for our easy recipe.

Watch the hilarious trailer below and make plans to see it in theaters on August 9th!

Having spent most of her life exploring the jungle with her parents, nothing could prepare Dora (Isabela Moner) for her most dangerous adventure ever – High School. Always the explorer, Dora quickly finds herself leading Boots (her best friend, a monkey), Diego (Jeffrey Wahlberg), a mysterious jungle inhabitant (Eugenio Derbez), and a rag tag group of teens on a live-action adventure to save her parents (Eva Longoria, Michael Peña) and solve the impossible mystery behind a lost city of gold.

JUNGLE DIRT PUDDING INGREDIENTS

Only a few ingredients are needed for this easy recipe. Kids will love making jungle dirt pudding!

  • 3 Cups Chocolate Fudge Pudding
  • 3 Cups Whipped Topping
  • Crushed Oreos
  • Crushed Pretzels
  • Mini Sour Gummy Worms

HOW TO MAKE JUNGLE DIRT PUDDING

Place Oreos and pretzels in plastic sandwich bags and crush with a rolling pin. This is our favorite part! Set aside for later.

Mix 3 cups of chocolate fudge pudding and 3 cups of whipped topping together. Place pudding mixture in 4 ounce mason jars.

Sprinkle Oreo and pretzel crumbles on top of the pudding jars to resemble dirt and sticks.

Place 4 mini sour gummy worms inside of the jar, sticking out of the “dirt”.

Cut around the images. Hot glue a toothpick to the back of each image.

Stick a Dora food pick inside of each jungle dirt pudding cup.

Enjoy your jungle dirt pudding cup before you go see Dora and the Lost City of Gold on August 9th! Get tickets here!
