Fall is in the air and the holidays are right around the corner, bring on the pumpkin recipes! After craving something Fall-ish, I sent my hubby to Smart & Final to pick up a premade First Street pumpkin pie and a few other ingredients to make a non-bake pumpkin pie shake. With a newborn and a 3 year old, who has time to bake?! I’m all about quick and easy nowadays. I literally just plopped a few ingredients into the blender and out came a yummy treat that was just as good as homemade. This yummy pumpkin pie shake would make for a unique dessert for your Thanksgiving Day menu. Serve it in small shot glasses along with First Street pumpkin pie. We’ll definitely be heading to Smart & Final for our holiday shopping, they have everything we’ll need and bonus points that my husband can navigate their aisles!
Ingredients (1 serving):
1 slice 8” First Street pumpkin pie
2 scoops First Street vanilla ice cream
1 cup First Street milk
First Street whipped topping
First Street cinnamon
Slice the pumpkin pie into 6 equal pieces. Place 1 piece of pumpkin pie, 1 cup of milk and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a blender or food processor. Blend until creamy. Serve with whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
