The turkey and stuffing has been eaten, which can only mean one thing – I can finally start blogging about CHRISTMAS! 20 Crafty Days of Christmas starts TODAY and I’m kicking it off with a new favorite treat, chocolate almond coconut bark. This recipe is gluten free and paleo friendly, which makes a great gift for someone with special dietary restrictions. Even if you don’t follow those diets, I promise that you’ll still love this yummy holiday treat. Make a batch for your co-workers or neighbors and package them in wide mouth mason jars for a festive gift. You might want to make an extra batch for yourself, these are just that good.

Ingredients

Dark Chocolate
Coconut Flakes
Almonds
Parchment Paper

Directions: Place a tablespoon of chocolate on a piece of parchment paper. Place 4-5 almonds on top of the chocolate. Place an additional tablespoon of chocolate on top of the almonds and top with coconut flakes. Repeat until chocolate is gone. Allow to dry and then enjoy!
