The turkey and stuffing has been eaten, which can only mean one thing – I can finally start blogging about CHRISTMAS! 20 Crafty Days of Christmas starts TODAY and I’m kicking it off with a new favorite treat, chocolate almond coconut bark. This recipe is gluten free and paleo friendly, which makes a great gift for someone with special dietary restrictions. Even if you don’t follow those diets, I promise that you’ll still love this yummy holiday treat. Make a batch for your co-workers or neighbors and package them in wide mouth mason jars for a festive gift. You might want to make an extra batch for yourself, these are just that good.
