Halloween Ghost Treat Cups / My Disorganized Life for www.seevanessacraft.com

Hi there! Today I’m going to share these super fun and easy Ghost Treat Cups with you. Halloween is an exciting time for kids and grown-ups alike. Everyone loves dressing up and going to parties at school, friends houses and sometimes even work.

Hosting a party can be equally fun, but a whole lot more work is involved. These treat cups are so quick to make, you’ll have half a dozen in a matter of minutes. Enlist the kids for help, and you’ll have more than enough to go around.

First, you’ll need a few things:

  • 5 oz clear cups {one one person}
  • white tissue paper {one piece of tissue for every two cups}
  • a black permanent marker
  • assorted candy

Using the marker, draw 2 ovals for eyes and one oval for a mouth on one side of a cup

Next, fill in all three ovals with the marker {you may need to go over it twice to make sure it’s good and dark}

Taking a sheet of tissue paper, fold it in half width wise, and then half again width wise. Unfold once and use the line as a guide to cut the tissue in half.

Cutting tissue

Stuff one piece of tissue into the cup, reserving remaining piece for the next cup.

Once all cups have been assembled, fill them with assorted candy

Ghost Treat Cups can also be filled with popcorn, mixed nuts, mints or crackers. Use your imagination and let the Halloween fun begin!

Head Shot 2R Hi, I’m Rachel from {i love} my disorganized life. I’m a no-pattern-sewing, eye-ball-it-crafting, shortcut-recipe-making kind of girl. Rather than spending a ton of time on complicated recipes & patterns, I prefer to whip things up in a jiffy for instant gratification. I live in Southern AZ with my husband of 22+ years and three of our five children. I’m a sucker for old missions, Snickers candy bars, babies, cocktails and puppies {not necessarily in that order}.
